Use case
IELTS Practice from Your Own Material, with AI
The short version: Notedeck turns your own IELTS material — a coursebook chapter, past papers, a vocabulary list, a reading passage — into a taught lesson and a set of practice questions with an answer key, exportable to Word. Teachers and centers use it to produce branded mock papers from their existing material and share them with a whole class; candidates use it to be taught the material and quizzed on it.
Why generic drills plateau
Band scores move when practice is tied to the exact skills and texts you are working on, with feedback on why an answer is right. Endless random drills from a generic bank do not connect to your coursebook or your weak spots. Working from your own material keeps practice aligned with what you are actually studying.
What you can do
- Upload your material — reading passages, a coursebook chapter, past papers, or a vocabulary set.
- Have it taught. The AI classroom explains the passage, the question types, and the traps, and answers when you ask.
- Generate practice with keys. Get reading and listening comprehension questions, gap-fills, and vocabulary items with an answer key and explanations, then export to Word or share the set.
- Run a class. Share a question set or lesson to a group so every student gets the same practice, and see who studied.
The interface is available in 12 languages, and generated content follows the language of your material — useful for teachers whose students need first-language support around English practice.
For IELTS teachers and centers
Keep your own materials and brand; add the AI layer. Turn a coursebook unit into a taught lesson plus a printable mock, share it to your class group, and track engagement. See tutors and tuition centers.
