Uploading your materials
In short: Notedeck accepts PDF, DOCX, PPTX, EPUB, plain text, and Markdown. Scanned PDFs and images are read with vision models that recover text, formulas, and diagrams, so a photographed past paper works as well as a digital one.
Supported file types
| Type | Notes |
|---|---|
| Digital and scanned. Scanned pages go through vision OCR for text, math, and figures. | |
| DOCX / PPTX | Word documents and PowerPoint decks. |
| EPUB | Ebooks and long-form textbooks. |
| TXT / Markdown | Plain notes and outlines. |
| Images | Photos of worksheets or past papers are processed with vision models. |
Scanned papers and photos
If you only have a photo of a past paper or a scanned reviewer, upload it directly. Notedeck’s vision pipeline extracts each question, formula, and diagram, so you can generate a fresh question paper or have the content taught back to you.
Languages
Your material can be in any major language. Generated lessons and question papers follow the language of the source, regardless of the interface language you chose.
Privacy
Your uploads are used only to answer your own questions and build your own lessons and knowledge graph. They are never used to train base models. See the Privacy Policy for storage and data-processing details.
